[QUESTION] Exporting vtt as a sidecar for ondemand playback

Hi, Awesome workflow! You'll have to excuse me but I don't come from a development background and I only know the fundamentals of how these resources work together. I'm curious, is there a way to retrieve a copy of either the vtt files generated or the data in the DynamoDB table. I deployed the template, ran a stream for an hour or two, and stopped it. Once the channel was stopped, I tried running a scan on the table and found no info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
