[feature-request] Releasing new image of Hugging Face TGI for version 1.4.3

Concise Description:
Release a new image for TGI 1.4.3.

DLC image/dockerfile:
v1.0-hf-tgi-1.4.2-pt-2.1.1-inf-gpu-py310

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use the following image with a Sagemaker endpoint: v1.0-hf-tgi-1.4.2-pt-2.1.1-inf-gpu-py310. But I need to have access to the functions call/tools feature of Message API which hase been released in the version 1.4.3 of TGI, but not able to make the image myself. Hence, is it possible to release a new image with TGI upgraded version (1.4.3) ?
