Problem

Often I have to use the Developer: Reload Window command in vscode, and when I do all chat and context in the Q panel is lost.

Expected behavior

An option, at least, to persist chat history and generated context across reloads. Just the last session's history (without maintaining context, or older history) would be extremely valuable to me.
