Does not work in WSL2 remote client

Describe the bug
Using the Amazon Q plugin in the client for WSL2 remote develop the plugin will fail to initialize correctly. The Chat window will not show up

To reproduce

When opening a project in Rider inside of WSL 2 using the remote development option, go to the Plugins for the client and install Amazon Q. After installing open the plugin for the client and notice the following error message

Expected behavior
Plugin works in the WSL2 remote development environment
