Describe the bug
When trying to go back to a previous section of a message before sending it the cursor keeps jumping to the bottom of the prompt making it almost impossible to edit a previous section

To reproduce

  1. Open a new Chat window
  2. Type out a paragraph of text
  3. Use the keyboard arrow keys to try and go back somewhere to edit. Specifically the up arrow key.
  4. Notice that the cursor constantly jumps back to the bottom of the prompt.

If I however use the mouse to click to a specific location that seems to allow me to edit from that location. But using the arrow keys causes the issue.

Expected behavior
I should be able to use the arrow keys, any of them to navigate the prompt.
