[Feature]: Item level serdes for map operation

I would like to have 2 serdes config for a java map.
One for the batch result, the other applies to each item

Possible Implementation

Similiar to js https://github.com/aws/aws-durable-execution-sdk-js/blob/main/packages/aws-durable-execution-sdk-js/src/types/batch.ts#L228-L230
