Hi @Cumahig22, the colors for the visual feedback are not customizable because they come from AWS Rekognition. They are randomized to increase check accuracy and so we don't have any plans to make this customizable

Can you please clarify what you mean by "color loading screen"? Are you talking about the flashing colors or a different part of the Liveness experience?

I'm facing the same issue. From the image attached, I do not prefer the 4th step where the rainbow color is rendered one after the other. Is there a way to remove this?

@Sukesh-Bairy @Cumahig22 The colors are determined by the science team and are considered a security feature so they cannot be customized or removed at this time. The lights are randomized and reflected onto the users face as part of determining whether they are a live user.

Thank you for helping out. I have another query. After the liveliness check, initially I have observed that along the images, the video recording of the liveliness check was stored in the s3 bucket. But currently I'm not sure why but only the images are getting uploaded but no video is being uploaded. @Cumahig22 Can you please me out with this please?
