10up's done some nice work with GitHub Actions and auto-releasing to WordPress.org when new tags are created on GitHub, which we (Liquid Web/Nexcess) recently put to the test on Limit Orders for WooCommerce.

Generally speaking, as soon as a new version is tagged in GitHub, the action automatically updates the relevant SVN repo.
