Use signature-aggregator in all E2E tests

Context and scope
Some use signature-aggregator to collect Warp signatures, while others use subnet-evm's Warp API. We should prefer signature-aggregator since it is lighter weight and requires less custom node configuration to enable. Using a single tool to perform the same task also opens the door to further code reduction and logic deduplication.
