Use avago functionality to set dynamic ports #628

Set port to 0 and then get port from either logs or json file. This will enable better dynamic port generation as:

there seems to be a flaky condition under that a taken/released port by anr continues captured
anyway, it is always posible for another app to take the port between anr lookup and avago start
