Description

Update the "Goal" section of Autoware Concept page https://autowarefoundation.github.io/autoware-documentation/main/design/autoware-concepts/.

Purpose

We would like to add details for the Goal section of Autoware Concept page so that developers and users of Autoware would have better idea about the scope of Autoware in high level. This could also become guideline for the architecture design and implementation of the software.

Possible approaches

We do a review from software architects and iteratively update the document.

Definition of done

Goals of Autoware is clarified in the documentation.
