We currently limit the numpy version to be <2.0 since the current ConfigSpace version (0.7.2) does not support numpy 2.0 yet. DEHB itself is not affected by the numpy 2.0 changes and still works fine, thus we should update our numpy dependency as soon as ConfigSpace works with numpy 2.0.
