Speed grader issues

• Scrolling over scores can cause them to be decremented or incremented
• To fix, there is some random code that make certain keys do additional functions in the speed grader
• There is also an issue where clicking make annotation multiple times on the same annotation will create multiple annotations
• This will most likely be resolved when we can fix Autolab's speed issues, but is unintended behavior
