CRITICAL installation error

Hi,
Until today, everything was working fine. Today, I built a new Docker image as I do every week, but now I'm getting errors when trying to install lua-resty-auto-ssl.

I've tried almost everything without success. Can you help me with a workaround?

luarocks install lua-resty-auto-ssl

Check your environment, I happened to install it several times today (using luarocks install) and got no issue.

I already checked it but without success. Before 4 days everything works fine.

same here, seems to be a problem with luarocks: luarocks/luarocks#1797

Can confirm that it's fixed with luarocks 3.12.0
