Add Search support for apis and apps list commands

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Currently our company has a big list of Applications and Resouce Servers and it is hard to locate a specific Application or API in the List provided by the auth0 apps list or auth0 apis list commands.

Describe the ideal solution

Have search parameters on the list command for apps and apis option similar to the search option in the users command.

Something like auth0 apps search --query name:"portal client"

Alternatives and current workarounds

Export a big list (-n 200+) of the apps or apis and sort in another tool.
