Since aurelia-kendoui-toolkits owned books are all created to use GitBook - GitHub sync feature, upgrading the very first one (https://legacy.gitbook.com/book/aurelia-ui-toolkits/kendo-ui-library-installation-version-2-0) resulted with the "massive" upgrade of all of them
