We should write a checklist how to organize a meeting. It could look like this:

before

  • set date and time
  • reserve location
  • find moderator
  • find presenters
  • find activity
  • publish meeting on website, twitter, mailinglist,
  • create a poster
  • invite all contacts, companies, communities

after

  • write blog post
  • post on twitter
  • thanks to host
