When updating the name of the default VLAN of a fabric, the MaaS API continues to return 'untagged' as the name. This breaks the idempotent logic of updating the VLAN attributes if the name matches the Drydock network name. Filed MaaS bug on launchad - https://bugs.launchpad.net/maas/+bug/1693358
