Cannot resize window

Environment

• OS: Linux Mint
• Version: 22
• Linux 6.8.0-90-generic #91-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Nov 18 14:14:30 UTC 2025 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Problem

Cannot resize window;

• No resize cursor at edges ( top, bottom, right, left; left shown in screencast )
• No effect to resizing at corner, though resize cursor shows ( in screencast )
