Cursor disappears after relaunch in vim normal mode

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• Version: 0.2.7

Problem

As you can see the image below, I am in normal mode using vim mode. Cursor is not visible. In insert mode it shows up without any issues.

Question: I guess there is no visual mode yet? no?
