Create ZTF releaseLite

To support conceptually this proposal to create LSST releaseLite (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1z-rDZLleerNrYAxYl6ZW5jlfLk3VeIBpbbji_ZujCSs/edit?usp=sharing), we should show that we are able to do it with a smaller dataset, e.g., ZTF DR 14 that we have hipscatted.
Select 1% of objects (and all of their associated sources), and output them in a separate catalog. Capture any issues that may arrise.
