Almanac improvements

Feature request

• add overwrite on write_to_file method.
• weird to have both primary and catalog_info.primary_catalog, and you have to curate both for mv'd catalogs. we could remove the duplicated fields from the generated yaml files.
• load almanac entry by substring or "search"
  • if there are >1 result, spit out the options, and let them pick further.
• better string representation of almanac_info object
• possibly let users have a personal overload / config file of their own default almanacs.
