Keyboard Plugin - no difference of "press" and "hold" #108

The keyboard plugin does not differ between "press" and "hold" events.
Everytime a hold event is issued, the key is pressed once, but not hold as it should be.

Tested with ARE 2.7 on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10

Here is a test model:
press and hold key 'b': It should hold key 'a' until you release 'b' again.
