This case study was designed under a ECDC contract for “Expertise in biostatistics for analysis of surveillance data”.

This tutorial was first designed by Esther Kissling, EpiConcept, April 2012 and was modified for R by Thomas Seyler, EpiConcept, July 2015. In 2018 the R version was re-worked by Alexander Spina (correction and updated).
