Toggling provincial crop to selection does not trigger instant validation #19

The instant validation, which should immediately indicate that the selectize input requires at least one value, does not work as expected.

The "Run Simulation" button is not affected; it is still immediately invalidated when the provincial cropping is enabled and no selection is made.
