Detect duplicate IDs at runtime and trigger a warning

Somebody might accidentally have duplicate IDs on stats (health and health for example). If they do this will cause the 2nd stat to silently fail. If they have a duplicate then we know something is up. Just information them at runtime a duplicate ID was discovered with a warning message and display the meta details.
