Front page documentation should explain what double entry is.

As an explorer of the Ash Framework and checking out AshDoubleEntry, I'd prefer to see even a basic description of what double entry is and why this extension exists.

Right now, I feel like the front page docs make too much of an assumption about the reader's knowledge of this accounting topic.
