keyboard shortcut to render files with other extensions

Description

I'm trying to have a self documented code using AsciiDoc documentation (example with MarkDown). However unfortunately the Atom editor plugin doesn't respond to the keyboard binding ctrl + shift + a to toggle live preview. I was wondering if this feature could be enabled somehow. Maybe there is a list of extension somewhere in the settings and I can go and add the extension I'm working on. Thanks for your help in advance.
