Unable to launch McMyAdmin and DynMap

Hi!

After initializing the container, I'm unable to connect to the McMyAdmin (http://[HOST]:8080) and DynMap (http://[HOST]:8123) instances.

Is this a known issue?

For info - I'm running feedthebeast/ftbrevelation:2.7.0_1.12.2 on a debian host.

if its accepted, I'll probably try and add back in mcmyadmin

I am currently working on an alternative way to build mod-packs, which should work better together with CurseForge and allow people to create their own mod-packs much easier using a yaml-file for specifying mods etc.

@halkeye Your PR was merged. If you're able to, please also look into adding mcmyadmin back.

I havn't run minecraft in probably 6-8 months, so I don't see me spending time on this sorry.
