vala-gnumath vs numeric-glib.

The library is intended for C and Vala consumers and eventually Python/Gjs via introspection, so I wouldn't put vala- in its name.

Maybe the package name shall suggest this requires GNU extensions?

For now, but in the future I will probably make numeric.h more portable with additional checks.
