同じディレクトリ以下にあるもの以外は，すべて #include <src_core/***> #include <src_user/***> に揃えたい

コーディング規約に推奨項目として入れる
example user 内の include を書き換える
c2a-core 内の include を書き換える
コーディング規約で明示的な規約とする（breaking change）
