[PROC] Have highlighting follow a process

It would be nice if when you highlight a process, if the highlighting didn't follow the line, but followed the process. Otherwise there is no real benefit in highlighting something. All it does is change the colour of an arbitrary line in the proc list, because two seconds later with all probability, another process will be at that position. Highlighting is only useful so you can follow the position of a process of interest.
