Update to mv3

Soon mv2 extensions will be disabled by chrome. This extension should be updated to mv3.

Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to update the extension to Manifest V3 at the moment. On a broader note, I also have some reservations about the changes Google is making with Manifest V3, particularly regarding its potential impact on user choice and developer flexibility. I truly hope that Google will consider allowing more developer-friendly options or exceptions in the future.

In the meantime, since the project is open source, I would warmly welcome anyone in the community who might want to take on the task of updating the extension to Manifest V3.
