Toggle anchor element sometimes tries to reload page in Firefox #205

When I click on the toggle to open the menu the menu opens fine but it tries also to reload the page. This only happens for me in Firefox (iOS 9, current version) I tried to figure out when it happens but couldn't really find a rule. Sometimes it works just fine. Looks pretty random to me and I saw in the code that the default bevioir (which is: open the linked page) gets prevented but in some cases it seems not t work.
