How to build Ttsu for jidoujisho?

I'm looking to make some personalized changes to the Ttsu reader, and I was curious what the build process was to integrate it with jidoujisho, if any of the devs could give some input
As far as I can tell, there are no build instructions for it anywhere in this repo
