SaltProc will be able to reach more users if we officially publish the package.

We should publish SaltProc on conda-forge

Implementation details

This is not a simple process. There are lots of pieces we'll need to set up.

We may want to consider making saltproc callable from the command line in any environment in which it is installed without having to invoke python beforehand.
