Problem with MOOSE mesh reading

Hi, everyone.

I've use gmsh to generate a mesh file for input file, but MOOSE has problem in reading sidesets. The error report screenshot is here.

When I use "--mesh-only" command to check the mesh file used by input file, it seems that the sidesets are provided. The check screenshots are provided here.

I don't know why MOOSE has identified the sidesets but failed to read them. The MOOSE input file named framework.i, gmsh geometry file named model_geo and mesh file named model are attached, they are all txt files and can be used by modified extension name. The group constants file is also attached.

Hi Xu. I think your sidesets are not properly defined in your geo file. The .e file from the --mesh-only command contains sideset names but when you open it in Paraview, the sidesets do not contain any elements. You can check this by clicking on the "Information" tab on the left side of the Paraview interface.

Thank you, Sun Myung. I checked the .geo file but didn't find any wrong. I think maybe the way of generating 3D geometry file by gmsh is wrong. Do you have generated a 3D .geo model file by gmsh and use it on MOOSE ever? I want to learn the way of generating 3D geometry file from it.

Sorry Xu, your mesh file was correct all along. You have to remove the commas , in your BC boundary parameter in line 152 and 163.
