Show configured NTP servers on the Web GUI Information page

I was debugging constant crashes (restart reason Exception, code 29) on most of my Tasmota devices since I moved to a new apartment. After several days I realised, that some of the devices have NTP server 1. and 2. configured to server that is no longer available.

This miss-configuration is kind of hard to spot as:

1. Devices were randomly crashing every few minutes or so.
2. Time seems to be correct (the 3. NTP server was left default, so it eventually got time from the internet).

So I am proposing to display the configured NTP servers on the Information page in the Web GUI as this is the page where all the important network configs are shown.
