Hello, did Tasmota work on a ZBMiniL2?
Who can i load the Firmware on this Modul?

You don't load tasmota on a zigbee end device such as the MiniL2
You load Tasmota on a Zigbee Bridge like the Sonoff Pro and Tasmota will bridge your zigbee device with MQTT

Not all Sonoff devices can run Tasmota directly, only most of them.

As the Zigbee devices are not using a MCU compatible with Tasmota, it would not even be relevant to try flashing Tasmota. As barbudor mentioned, getting Zigbee devices (not just from Sonoff) to work with Tasmota is not by replacing device firmware, but instead by pairing with a coordinator running Tasmota. While the Sonoff Zigbee bridge "pro" is a decent choice for that, there are others working just as well, or even adding the feature of having Ethernet.
