Is your feature request related to a problem?

When using AWBrowser (web browser in AEWallet), webpage data are erased when webpage is dismissed.

This makes every Web DApp loading pretty heavy.

Describe the solution you'd like

Look at caching methods for the webview.

Ideally we could keep the webview data in cache while AEWallet is alive.
