Tfsec did not install .tfsec folder in root check path

The documentation says:
.tfsec folder in the root check path.

I installed Tfsec on 2 different computers and cannot find this file on either of them.

I see where I would expect it to be (Macintosh HD > Users > Username), as Docker, Terraform, and Terrascan are there.

I made it myself, and put in the code referenced here (and Tfsec is still not reading changes in the file correctly) but has any other new installations of Tfsec simply not have the folder be found?
