'Blogs' and 'Meeting minutes' pagination

I do have the feeling the blogs and meeting minutes lists need to be organized in a different way. Otherwise they will get very long while we're adding more and more files.

The issue is related to #29 But maybe the lists should be paginated in addition. I'm not really sure if the pagination is enabled already but I didn't work on my local environment.
