Why

現在natumnのgithubのコントリビューションの通知しか対応していない。

what

Oauth認証などで複数のユーザーに対応する。
それにともなって複数のチャンネルでも設定して通知を流せるようにする。

APIを叩くときにトークンによる認証がいる。
どうしよう。
