🐛 Bug: Tables overflow horizontally on small screens in Git Configuration and Environment Variables

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Open Appwrite Console on a small screen or resize browser to ~768px
2. Navigate to Project Settings → Git Configuration
3. Navigate to Functions/Sites Settings → Environment Variables
4. Observe both tables overflowing horizontally

👍 Expected behavior

Tables should remain within viewport boundaries and be readable without horizontal scrolling

👎 Actual Behavior

Both the Git Configuration and Environment Variables tables overflow their containers, causing horizontal page scroll on smaller screens
