🐛 Bug Report: Search show paid plans shortcuts

👟 Reproduction steps

Assuming you have an Org at Free Plan -

1. Navigate to a Project > Databases > Any Database
2. Open Search with Cmd/Ctrl + K
3. Shortcuts show :
   • Create manual backup
   • Create a backup policy
4. Clicking on any of them, opens a further actions modal
5. Submissions obviously do not work and fail with an error - Backups are not allowed on your Plan. Upgrade to create a backup.

👍 Expected behavior

Shortcuts should not show these options or rather show an Upgrade text beside them and navigate to upgrade wizard.

👎 Actual Behavior

Paid plan feature shortcuts shown on Free Plan.
