Is there a way to change a project's Compile Sources under Build Phases? For example, adding and/or removing files?

To a build phase only? Hmmm, to be honest I don't remember. But consulting the docs just now, it appears this feature is missing. It would be easy to add.

Really!? How long would it be to do? We have to xcode projects where we have to merge them together. Right now its a manual process. Otherwise I can update the framework to do this?

Maybe about one day. The project.prbxproj is a plist - gets loaded into a dictionary. The build phase section relates to a target, and we have to add file references (which is built) to it.

Oh awesome! It'd be awesome if you could add that!
