[appserver-io/doppelgaenger] pointcuts.xml should overwrite annotations

Most XML configuration files one can include within a webapp do overwrite their respective annotation counterpart. The pointcuts.xml does currently only extend the configurations made based on annotations.

UAC:

• Central configuration (certain pointcuts) MUST be able to be overwritten
• Annotation based AOP SHOULD be de-activatable using the XML file
