Some items in Glossary are categorized as Node.js even though they're unrelated

These two at least:

This is clearly a bug in categorization of the pages, but my plan would be to remove the categorization of Glossary altogether and replace it with more flexible concept of tags. Also, @metalwarrior665 mentioned that the second page shouldn't be in the Glossary at all, so let's see.

Everything was in the Node.js category in the beginning. I'm also for re-thinking these, a lot of concepts are not really about Node.js (just the examples are in JS).
