Improve sensitivity of `test_list_actors_sorting`

The test_list_actors_sorting integration test in tests/integration/test_actor.py doesn't actually verify sorting — changing the sort type does not cause the test to fail. It should be tightened so that it meaningfully asserts the requested ordering.
