Time grain filter shows up enabled for tabbed dashboards even if there are no charts associated with them in a tab

Bug description

1. Go to your sales dashboard
2. Create a new time grain filter
3. add a new tab
4. put charts from video game sales there
5. add a new time grain filter for video game sales dataset

what happens?
when you go to the video games sales tab, the time grain for sales also shows up.
